TERMS & POLICIES:

A medical form will be given to all clients on their first appointment. Thereafter please inform your therapist of any changes in
medication/health/pregnancy/breastfeeding as some treatments may not be appropriate. 

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Patch testing is required at least 48 hours before the following treatments - Tinting / Henna / Nanoblading.

I reserve the right to change treatment prices accordingly.

Certain medical conditions may require a GP letter before proceeding with certain treatments.

Client information will not be shared with any third party.
